Konteksts: [..] The parties agree that any transaction which is an FX Transaction or a Currency Option Transaction (as defined in the 1998 FX and Currency Option Definitions, including Annex A, published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., the Emerging Markets Traders Association and the Foreign Exchange Committee (the "FX Definitions")) entered into between them through an Office specified in Part 4(d) of the Schedule to this Agreement and which (a) is outstanding between the parties at the date this Agreement comes into effect or (b) is or will be entered into by the parties at or after the date this Agreement comes into effect, will (i) be deemed to incorporate the FX Definitions into the Confirmation thereof and (ii) be a Transaction for the purposes of this Agreement whether or not a Confirmation of such a Transaction refers to this Agreement.
