Konteksts: [..] The Parties agree that, notwithstanding the termination of the Initial Treasury Agreement pursuant to the preceding paragraph, (i) no deposit made by EIF with the State Treasury pursuant to the Initial Deposit Agreement which is outstanding as of the Effective Date (an "Outstanding Deposit") shall be affected by, or become repayable because of, the termination of the Initial Treasury Agreement, and (ii) any Outstanding Deposit shall remain in place on the terms applicable to it on the Effective Date (including, for the avoidance of doubt, its maturity date and agreed interest rate), and (iii) no breakage costs shall be due by EIF on any Outstanding Deposit as a result of the termination of the Initial Treasury Agreement.
