Definīcija:

An oil tanker provided with segregated ballast tanks and certified by the government of the flag State or by other bodies entitled to do so on its behalf as an oil tanker provided with segregated ballast tanks. This compliance must be clearly stated by such authority in the relevant paragraph of the supplement to the International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate.
