Konteksts: [..] If, however, the State Treasury does agree, at the request of EIF received at least three Business Days prior to the early breakage date, to repay a Deposit prior to its Maturity Date, the State Treasury shall repay on the early breakage date the amount of the Deposit, together with accrued interest calculated as of the Commencement Date inclusive until the early breakage date non-inclusive after deduction of breakage costs caused to the State Treasury, such breakage costs to equal additional borrowing costs, limited to the relative interpolated EURIBOR + 50 basis points for the period starting from the early breakage date inclusive until the Maturity Date non-inclusive.
