Eurodicautom
Consists of a ground part and an air part, both needed to ensure the safe and efficient movement of aircraft. The execution of this calls for a close integration of the ground and the air parts through well-defined procedures and interfaces. The functions of air traffic management include air traffic control, air traffic flow and airspace management. The total system is dedicated to provide a service whereby operators may achieve their planned time of departure and arrival, with adherence to their proposed profiles with an absolute minimum of constraints.
