Konteksts: [..] On conclusion of the period of suspension, the Commission shall decide either to: - terminate the provisional suspension measure following consultation of the Committee referred to in Article 31, or- initiate the consultations referred to in Article 23(2) with a view to temporary withdrawal of the preferences provided for in Article 22(2). Pending the outcome of such consultations and of any investigation initiated pursuant to Article 25, the Commission may decide to extend the suspension measure in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 32.
