Konteksts: [..] Without prejudice to the application of Articles L. 3213-1 and L. 3213-7 of the Public Health Code, when an investigating chamber or a trial court pronounces a judgment or a declaration of diminished responsibility because of mental illness, it may, by a reasoned decision, order the person's compulsory admission to an establishment mentioned in Article L. 3222-1 of that Code if it has been established, by an expert psychiatric report included in the file of the proceedings, that the person's mental problems require treatment and jeopardise the safety of others or present a serious threat to public order.
