Section 2 Disciplinary board Article 5 1. A Disciplinary Board, hereinafter referred to as "the Board", shall be established in each institution. The Board shall include at least one member, who may be the chairman, chosen from outside the institution. 2. The Board shall consist of a chairman and four full members, who may be replaced by alternates, and, in cases involving an official in a grade up to AD 13, two additional members in the same function group and grade as the official subject to disciplinary proceedings.
